Tim Dibbs

I have been a part of Crown for over 20 years.  As a Company Director my main responsibilities are sales and marketing.

The most important part of my role is making sure Crown is a place that people want to do business with, and the staff want to work at.  Any aspect, large or small.

The thing I most enjoy is that after all these years, you still can’t beat the excitement of a family collecting their new car.

I have two girls Emma and Katie, and when I am not driving them around I love a game of Golf and to keep myself fit(ish).

Something people do not know about me?   I am the Current National Honda golf champion.

Lee Monahan

I have been at Crown for 33 years.  As a Company Director, my main responsibilities are for Aftersales and the general day to day running of Crown. 

I feel that the most important part of my role is to ensure that Crown continues to be successful by looking after our customers and staff.  The thing I most enjoy about my job is that there is never a dull moment, no two days are the same.

I have two children Zoe & Josh, I have been married for 26 years to Levina, and I like to play golf when I am allowed!

Something most people don't know about me?

I once abseiled down the Harlequin Centre in Watford for charity, even though I am terrified of heights

Mark Luff

I have been with Crown for 23 years.  As Group Parts Manager, together with my 5 members of staff I am responsible for controlling stock and all parts sales, ensuring we have the right parts at the right time.  I enjoy interacting with retail and trade customers and the general “motor trade banter”.

I am married to Jo, have a daughter Nicola 16 and a son Darren who is 14.  I am a member of Harrow Weald Lawn Tennis Club and follow local football club Wealdstone.

Something people don’t know about me - I have been to see rock band “The Stranglers” over 50 times.

I have been at Crown for 23 years.  As a Parts Advisor I am responsible for parts and tyre sales.  I also oversee our store on eBay.  The most important part of my job is customer satisfaction, to ensure the continuing success of Crown.

What do I most enjoy about my job?  Everything, if I didn't enjoy it I wouldn't be here !

I am married with two girls Coral and Katie one dog & one cat.  When I am not a taxi driver for my children I enjoy D.I.Y. walking our dog, playing football and the odd game of golf.

Something interesting many people don’t know about me?  

I was offered a job in Hollywood but turned it down to work at Crown (I wish).   When I was a lot younger I played football for Watford Boys and for the County.

I have been at Crown Honda for 13 years.  My role is a Parts Advisor and my main responsibilities are the sale of parts, accessories, car audio and communications systems.  The most important aspect of my job is meeting the customer’s needs.

The best part of my job is having met the customer’s needs, where possible seeing them leave happy

I am single and enjoy time at home and away with my family.  I really enjoy motor sports.

Clive Marks

I have enjoyed being at Crown now for almost 15 years.  As Business Manager I am mainly responsible for advising and arranging finance on new and used cars, ensuring that customers enjoy a good buying experience is important to me.

I’m proud to be part of a team which has won Motor Dealer of the year and recognised by Honda Finance Europe for being in the top 10 business managers in the UK.

I am blessed with two children , Emma and Jack, who are my world.

An interesting fact people do not know about me?

I met my wife in 1998 when I sold her a new Honda CRX.  Some people will do anything do get a deal !

I’m now entering my 15th year here at Crown.  Being the Sales Manager my main role is to make sure EVERY sales customer feels valued and leaves with a smile.  I like to feel that I treat every customer, like I would want to be treated myself.

I’m proud to say that over the last 15 years a lot of the customers I’ve meet and dealt with are now amongst my friends

I’ve just celebrated 20 years of marriage with Kelly and have 3 Children, Sean, Charlotte and Connor.  I love playing Football, golf and Tennis in my very limited spare time

An interesting fact about me?

In 2008 I was Honoured be being voted Sales Manager of the Year at the National Motor trade awards.

I have worked here at Crown for 13 years in the Sales Department trying to provide a high level of service to our customers.  The most important aspect of my job is to make sure customers have such a great experience that they want to come back and purchase again.  

What do I most enjoy about my job?  Talking to people

I have a boy of 12 and a girl of 10 years old. My son plays Sunday league football and my daughter swims for a local club

Little known fact about me…  I ride the London to Brighton bike ride for charity.

Robert Campbell

I have worked at Crown for 6 years.  As a Sales Executive my main responsibilities are customer service and car sales, in that order.  Getting it right for the customer is always satisfying, but the best part of my job is showing customers their new car, when it comes to collection

I have 1 son Harry who is 2 years old who is the boss at home

Little know fact about me?

I enjoy sailing and have sailed in a 6-man team to Spain.  I am currently in the planning stages of a sail event to South Africa

I have been at Crown Honda Bushey Heath since August 2010. 

As Car Sales Executive I am trying to get everyone in the world to drive a Honda.  The most important aspect of the job is to pass on the good news about the Honda car range to as many people as possible.  The aspect I most enjoy about my job is meeting new people and building a rapport that leads to trust and eventually sales.

I am married with three children and four grandchildren. My hobbies include golf , Flat Coat Retrievers and gardening on my allotment

Something most people do not know about me …. I have been privileged to play golf with two Open Champions – Nick Faldo and Darren Clarke (not at the same time!)

I have been a part of Crown for 13 years now.  As a Sales Executive my main responsibilities are dealing with both new and used car customers.  I feel the most important part of my role is to try to make the whole purchase experience as easy and hassle free as possible.

I enjoy catching up with my existing customers that I have sold cars to over the years which is now over 2500 !

I've been married for over 5 years and have one son, Rocco. I'm normally kept very busy in my spare time with him however I do find time for watching and playing football.

An interesting fact about me? 

In the past two years my wife and I have raised over £24,000 for Cancer Research UK by organising two Charity Balls and next year we will be doing a sponsored Sky Dive to add to this total.

Gary Hedge

I joined Crown approximately 11 years ago as a Service Advisor. I have a mechanical background and this has always helped me. After 4 years I became Customer Service Manager. I have always felt that my strengths have been a direct result of this.

In 2006 I became a Sales Executive. In my first year I was in the top 12% of Honda Salesmen in the United Kingdom. I am now in the top 6%. I hope, with the help of Crown’s customers to improve over the next few years. I strongly believe that the sale of a car should be backed up by customer service. I have made many contacts in the Crown network. I view many of our customers and the people I work with as personal friends.
The most important part of my job is gaining the trust of a customer, and delivering on every promise.  This leads to the favourite part of my job, selling a 2nd car to the same customer. Proof right there, that I did a good job!

I have been married for 18 years. I have one daughter and three sons.  Most of my spare time involves ferrying them around for various sporting activities. When I finally get time to relax I spend my time reading, mostly historical fiction, and having a glass of red wine or lager. I like to keep fit, and have used the "cycle to work" scheme. I hope to continue to stay fit as I reach my 50th birthday in July 2012.

A little known fact about me…. I used to own and run a Café, until I and my customers realised that I really could not cook!

I have been with Crown for 20 months.  As the Service Manager I am responsible for the day to day running of the service department, making sure we maintain Crown’s high standards for both our customers and staff.

I enjoy the constant buzz and enthusiasm from all the staff who are dedicated to making the customers experience memorable

I have been married to Julia for just over 25 years, we have 2 children, a daughter nearly 21 and a son of 15. 

We have just celebrated our Silver wedding anniversary, with a special trip to Mauritius.

James Hall

I have been at Crown for 4 years. As a Service Advisor, my main responsibilities are greeting customers, making sure their needs are met with high expectations and keeping everyone happy. 

Most important aspect of my job is customer satisfaction and meeting customer's needs regarding their vehicle. 

What do I most enjoy about my job?  Meeting new people.

I am currently living with my girlfriend of 6 years.  I love going to football and out with friends

I have worked at Crown for 5 years.  I am a Service Advisor my role is meeting and greeting customers and ensuring the every customers visit to Crown is a pleasurable experience

What do I most enjoy about my job?  With different challenges arising daily, no two days are the same

I have 1 son also named Michael aged 8, who I enjoy spending time with and I am a keen DIYer.

Paul Woods

I have worked at Crown for 18 months.  My role at Crown is as a Service Advisor in the Aftersales team

I really enjoy meeting people, and assisting them with any questions they might have.  We don’t have many, but solving a fault always is very satisfying.

I have been married for 11 years and I have 2 children aged 4 and 6.  Apart from spending time with my family I am a keen follower of Watford Football Club

Michael Charge

I have worked at Crown Motors just over 2 years.  My main responsibilities are handling service calls and making bookings.

The most important aspect of my role is deal with customer’s service enquiries and arranging bookings.  I enjoy talking to customers and dealing with any problems they may have.

I am 29 years old and live in Watford.  My hobbies include a strong interest in American sports and I have been travelling to American for the last 5 years to watch games live. These include NASCAR in Texas, Baseball in San Francisco and American Football in Chicago

Some thing people may not know about me…. I am without question the biggest fan of JLS.

Travis Waterman

This is my second spell at Crown, initially serving my apprenticeship as a Diagnostic Technician. I have just come back to take up a position as Sales Co-ordinator.

My role at Crown is to prepare customer’s vehicles for delivery and also making sure the vehicles are displayed to a high standard.

I believe that it is important for me to make sure that the vehicles are prepared in a timely manner.   I enjoy the fact that my efforts make the customers of our business happy, and I feel valued as an important member of the sales team.

I am currently living in Luton with my fiancée and black Labrador Milo, looking forward to our wedding in March 2012.

An interesting fact about me.

I have also served for two and a half years as a police constable with Bedfordshire police force, which has provided me with a wealth of experience in different situations

Mikhail is our car park controller, he will be the first person you meet when you arrive at Bushey. 

Guiding you to a parking place and assisting when requested, Mikhail will be happy to help you.

As the workshop controller Kristian oversees the smooth running of the workshop.

Kristian is also a diagnostic technician, he is always happy to help customer with any concerns they may have regarding their Honda.

Chris joined Crown in 2003 when he was awarded a place on the Honda Apprenticeship Scheme. 

Upon the successful completion of his apprenticeship Chris became a permanent member of the workshop team and is now in turn helping to train others who are lucky enough to win an apprenticeship with Honda.

Another of the success stories at Crown is Jak.  Continuing our firm commitment to training Jak joined Crown in 2006 as an apprentice.

Originally a very quite young man he have grown in both confidence and knowledge and is now a fully qualified member of the aftersales team and is looking forward to continuing his career with Crown and Honda for many years to come.
