I received your e-mail telling me that you were refurbishing your premises in Bushey. We used to have two Honda cars, a CR-V and a Civic. Both of these have been sold as we have moved abroad, and I suppose that I ought to ask you to take me off your hard copy circulation although I find the e-mail newsletter very interesting and perhaps you could leave me on that. During all the years that we dealt with you I found this service and attitudes of the staff to be absolutely first-class. It was always a pleasure to deal with your organisation, and everything was done promptly accurately and clearly. In addition you always made a desk available to me, usually that of the salesman who wasn't in that particular day, so that I would work on my computer for however long it took you to service the car in all the time that we had Hondas I never actually had to take a courtesy car. This was a major attraction to me, and I have recommended the purchaser of the Civic (the other car went to the trade) to continue to deal with you.

I cannot overstate my respect for Crown Honda, Bushey. I bought a used Honda Civic from the extreme 'budget end' of your stock and enjoyed the same attention as I would have expected had I been buying a top of the range brand new model. The car was delivered on schedule to my home in immaculate order. During the period that it was awaiting export to Mauritius your sales dept. obliged me by arranging collection on trade plates to issue an MOT certificate at no cost to myself. The agency demonstrated much patience in helping me to secure the car's release from customs in Mauritius. I am not currently looking to buy a car in the UK but should that change I would most certainly be looking for a Honda from Crown and I have extolled your virtues on several occasions to friends and colleagues

Thank you for the email concerning the refurbishment and we hope it goes well (does it really need doing again?) As far as we are concerned the good thing about dealing with Crown is the attention to details and customer care. We have just agreed to buy my wife her 3rd Civic from you, due for delivery on 30th October, in four and a half years (!!) which pretty much says it all. All the sales staff we have dealt with have been very attentive and, Clive Marks, who knows us well, deals with the financial side, has seen us through all purchases in a very professional manner even though I think I drive a hard bargain. Whenever we have had the cars serviced it is no effort and dealt with so efficiently with the reminder and the time scale involved it's 'almost' a pleasure having the service carried out! I am not sure there is much more you can do but keep the service costs down and by offering us good deals every 2 or 3 years when we reach the end of the lease agreements. Look forward to hearing from the guys when the new one is ready for collection (with a 'nice' number plate IF POSS please!) Keep up the good work.

Hi James, Can I please say a huge thank you for being such an incredible help this morning , As from the time I called to ask for advice after my car accident, you put me at ease and took control of the situation, coming to the scene of the accident within 20 minutes after organising for my car to be taken back to Bushey for me and giving me the courtesy car to drive home in. Just a short note to say that I took my Honda CRV into Crown Honda Bushey today for its first service and it was a wonderful experience! After a stream of terrible customer service experiences at the hands of other retailers and service providers this really was a breath of fresh air - to the point where I felt compelled to write and tell you so! Every single person I dealt with and spoke to were kind, professional and polite. From the man who parked my car to the man who took my payment, they were all a credit to Crown Honda Bushey. If only other retailers and service providers trained their staff as well as you obviously do! Well done! I look forward to my next visit next year.

Lewis Woolnough

I am currently single with two boys Liam and Archie. When I am not commuting to see them I enjoy socialising with friends and following all motorsports and football.

I have been at Crown for nearly ten months.  My role is Bodyshop Estimator/Advisor. My main responsibilities are guiding customers through the minefield of making a motor claim.

The most important part of my job is compiling full and detailed estimates so that insurance companies and customers know the extent of repairs required.

The thing I most enjoy about working at Crown is the buzz of returning a customers vehicle to them after a repair.
