Tim Dibbs

I have been a part of Crown for over 20 years. As a Company Director my main responsibilities are Sales and Marketing.

The most important part of my role is making sure Crown Honda is a place where people want to do business and the staff want to work. Any aspect, large or small.

The thing I most enjoy is that after all these years you still can’t beat the excitement of a family collecting their new car.

I have two girls, Emma and Katie, and when I am not driving them around I love a game of Golf and to keep myself fit(ish).

Something people do not know about me? I am the Current National Honda golf champion.

Lee Monahan

I have been at Crown for over 38 years. As a Company Director, my main responsibilities include overseeing the Aftersales department and the general day-to-day running of the business.

I feel that the most important part of my role is to ensure that Crown Honda continues to be successful by looking after our customers and staff. The thing I most enjoy about my job is that there is never a dull moment - no two days are ever the same!

I have two children, Zoe and Josh, and am happily married to my wife Levina. I like to play golf when I am allowed!

Something most people don't know about me?

I once abseiled down the Harlequin Centre in Watford for charity, even though I am terrified of heights

Dave Cook

I have been part of Crown Honda since 2000, firstly as a trainee Sales Executive before I qualified in that role, but since early 2012 I have had the honour of being Sales Manager at our Bushey Heath branch. I feel the most important part of my role is to ensure that every customer who comes into contact with us either by phone, email or in person, is dealt with in pleasant, professional manner from the start to finish of their enquiry.

I really enjoy catching up with my previous and existing customers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the years which is now in excess of 2500 Honda owners!

I've been married for 10 years and have one son, Rocco. I'm normally kept very busy in my spare time with him, however I do find time for watching and playing football.

An interesting fact about me? In the past few years my wife and I have raised over £24,000 for Cancer Research UK by organising two Charity Balls. We hope to do a sponsored Sky Dive in the near future to add to this total.

Clive Marks

I have enjoyed working for Crown Honda for more than 25 years now, initially as Business Manager for over 15 of those years, mainly being responsible for advising and arranging finance on both new and used cars, but more recently as Sales Manager at our Hendon Branch, ensuring the department delivers excellence on every level.

I’m extremely proud to be part of a team which has won numerous national industry Awards including Motor Dealer and Business Manager of the Year. I am blessed with two children, Emma and Jack, who are my world.

An interesting fact people do not know about me? I met my wife in 1998 when I sold her a new Honda CRX - 5 CRVs, 3 HRVs and 2 Civics later we’re still together.

Robert Ward

I have been with Crown Honda for 6 years now. As the Group Service Manager I am responsible for the day to day running of both of our Service department, making sure we maintain Crown Honda's high standards for both our customers and staff.

I enjoy the constant buzz and enthusiasm from all the staff who are dedicated to making our customers' experiences memorable.

I have been married to my wife Julia for over 30 years and together we have 2 children - a daughter of 24 and a son of 20.

Mark Luff

I have been with Crown Honda for more than 25 years. As Group Parts Manager I am responsible for controlling stock and all parts sales, ensuring we have the right parts at the right time. I enjoy interacting with retail and trade customers and the general 'motor trade banter'.

I am married to Jo, have a daughter Nicola and a son Darren. I am a social member of Harrow Weald Lawn Tennis Club but now play golf at Grimsdyke Golf Club and follow local football club Wealdstone.

Something people don’t know about me - I have been to see rock band The Stranglers over 70 times.
