It’s nice to have a safety net and peace of mind, so when you take delivery of your new Honda Approved Car it will include a minimum of 12 month Genuine Hondacare Guarantee. When it comes to an end of your inclusive guarantee, you can extend it with an additional Genuine Hondacare Guarantee, giving you the same reassurance you get when buying a new Honda car.
Also included in your Genuine Hondacare Guarantee is Hondacare Assistance, our bespoke roadside assistance package, which provides cover in the UK and Europe. We'll even come out to you if you have a puncture or flat battery.
Your new Honda Approved Car has been subject to a rigorous Multi-Point Pre Sales check to give you the assurance that you are purchasing an unrivalled quality car. However, we undertake that, should any mechanical or electrical defect occur within the first 30 days or 1000 miles of your ownership which cannot be rectified by an authorised Honda Dealer, and providing that the car is in the same condition as when purchased, then your supplying Dealer will exchange it for another of equivalent or greater value. Please refer to your nearest Dealer for specific terms and conditions.
Rigorous checking and preparation. Our Honda ‘Multipoint Check’, carried out by Honda trained technicians, ensures that your new Approved Car meets our high standards. Our ‘Multipoint Check’ includes lighting equipment and instruments, steering and suspension, brakes, and even bodywork. Your car will also undergo a detailed engine check and a thorough road test for your safety and satisfaction. Finally, your car goes through an in-depth valet and polishing so that it is fully prepared when you come to drive it away.
Your Approved Honda is comprehensively checked to confirm; previous ownership, any outstanding finance has been settled, has incurred no major accident damage, and any registration number change is noted. You will be provided with certification on the delivery of your vehicle.
Any vehicle which has not been owned and used by Honda UK or our Dealer Network will have the mileage checked against the previous history. You will be provided with certification on the delivery of your vehicle.
If you request to have your car delivered or for a test drive from home, we do not charge for either. Contactless Delivery and part exchange collection is available locally to our Bushey Heath and Hendon showrooms. Please contact us to further discuss our delivery options.

Yes, you can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit.
If your car is valued more than the car you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will happily give you back the difference. This would be paid to you after taking delivery of your new vehicle.
Yes, assuming you have described your part exchange accurately, answered all the questions correctly and read our terms and conditions regarding part exchange your value will be guaranteed.
Yes, you can remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to your vehicle handover. You will though have to allow for any adjustment in your quotation if your part exchange was being used towards your deposit.
Yes, if both the vehicles are owned by you, or you have the permission of the owner to use the vehicle as part of your order. Our sales team will be able to help you in this scenario.
