As a Motability customer, I am writing to express my gratitude for the service Chris Beaumont provided when my car recently needed an aerial replacement.
The insurance company and assessors seemed to lack any kind of urgency and it required Chris to urge them to take decisions. Although this was a protracted exercise through no fault of his, he kept me fully briefed. Furthermore, he succeeded in arranging the completion of the work to meet my commitments, including delivery of my car.
The Hendon branch has always provided a good service but this, to my mind, was outstanding.
On Saturday morning I collected my HRV from Bushey Heath. I part exchanged my three year old Civic Tourer.
I am emailing you to let you know what a really good experience I had. I called Crown during the week as I had seen the HRV I have now bought on your website and was put through to Danny. He said early on in the process that he would be looking after me and that's exactly how it felt.
From Danny's care and knowledge, Clive's professionalism and Fabio's really friendly and comprehensive explanation of the car's features the whole thing was a trouble free and really enjoyable experience. I asked to collect the car first thing on Saturday morning as my wife and I had to go on to our golf club (no problem), we needed to transfer two sets of clubs and trollies from my old car to the new one (no problem) and I asked for my dashcam to be taken from my old car for collection by me this week (no problem). I think you're getting the picture - everything was doable.
I have decided to have my car serviced at Bushey even though there are two dealerships closer to where I live because of my good experience. When my wife and I look to buy our new car when she retires in 2020 we will certainly come to Bushey if we still live in the area. In itself this means nothing but I'm sure you have many customers who have had a similar good experience and I imagine your customer loyalty figures are very good.

Was looking around in May this year to get a lower c.c car. Dropped in at Hendon and noted the Jazz Vtech. Sales person whom I dealt with was Jason Baum. Following the purchase of my new Honda CRV today I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Crown Honda Colindale. They truly Exceed Expectations. I purchased my first CRV in April this year. Unfortunately the car was hit in the rear on the M25 in July this year my family and I were gutted. The Staff at Crown Honda Colindale made the process of repairing the car and part exchanging it for a new model absolutely stress free. Hi Lee I just want to take this opportunity to let you know how grateful and pleased I am with the recent service on my Honda CRV. After booking in my CRV for its first service, the steering rack and shocks was showing signs of wear and tear. I had mentioned this movement a couple of times during the first year and after a second opinion i was able to get the repair done under my Honda Extended Guarantee, which saved me a small packet! I got a phone call when the parts had arrived and booked my vehicle in a couple days later. What has really got me to write this thank you letter is that my Honda CRV is feeling so different after the repair. This is my first ever 4x4 CRV type vehicle and after the work carried out, what a difference it has made. The car is feeling so much better; I love this new feeling. Dear Ram I feel so sad having to tell you that regretfully we have decided against the Jazz. You worked so well with us, nothing was too much trouble, and throughout you were open and honest and did your absolute best. Please believe me when I say it was nothing you did or said. What actually happened was that when I took you into my Lexus to show you the satnav I suddenly realised just how much I was downsizing, particularly in the luxury extras. I feel really really sorry to have wasted your time and indeed feel terribly guilty for having led you along. In summary, I came into your showroom a few days ago to test drive a Honda Jazz, as my Toyota Verso had just been written-off in an accident where a car drive into the back of me while I was stationary. I was looking to buy either a Yaris or Jazz, and whilst my preference was definitely to buy a Yaris, felt that I ought to view a Jazz for completeness. We recently purchased a vehicle from the Honda Crown Hendon branch and would like to commend the outstanding service we received from Angelo Evangelou. He was extremely personable, helpful and clearly very good at his job - we intended only to browse for a few minutes and left a few hours later having put down a deposit on a car we hadn't seen!
